We are Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices ROMA Immobiliare, at Via Vittoria Colonna 3, in Prati. We deal in prestige property in the historic centre and inner districts, through the Luxury Collection division.
We work in Italian, English and Spanish: many of those buying in central Rome are not Italian.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is one of the largest real estate networks in the world: by its own account, more than 50,000 professionals, some 1,500 offices, 13 countries. Via Vittoria Colonna 3 is one of those offices, and not a branch: it is an Italian company operating under franchise.
The brand belongs to Warren Buffett's group. Berkshire Hathaway does not sell houses: it owns the network behind the name. Buffett ran it as chief executive for sixty years and is today its chairman; since January 2026 the chief executive has been Greg Abel.
What it changes for someone buying or selling in Rome: a brand that does not change hands every three years, and a buyer searching from London, New York or Singapore reaches this portfolio through that same network.
